"Every position, from smallest to biggest, can and should be involved in everyday planning and resolutions, at least 10% cross-talk between all levels from mgmt to operators"

"I've worked for Freescale/Motorola for over 20 years. I've found it to be a good company. The constant mantra that I remember is: "respect for the individual and uncompromising integrity". Freescale is a global company and has approximately 18,000 employees in several locations: United States, Malaysia, China, Europe, Mexico, South America, etc. The employees are what make the company.
