Though built on 75 year old company value, the management is receptive, reasonable and ready to act on new ideas irrespective of who the idea is coming from. There is less of corporate air and drama in the rest of the employees also. Simple and smart people overall. Friendly overall. Additionally, they are very risk averse from a business point of view, which as the stock market proves, is not a bad idea. Above all, a good place to make good friends or well-wishers who try to get into your shoes to understand and help if needed."

This will raise the motivation levels of the employees."
