"Be warry, They sweet talk you on the interview and then the honeymoon is over when you start work. NOTE: They also have a habit of changing bonus structure when they feel like it."

"They do not enforce their so called Codes on Managements Retaliation."

"Get Real, lower pressure on employees, investigate managers when employees leave to determine the real reason, like: Manager misconduct and retaliation against employee."

"This is a very old school professional environment. Dress professional, be professional, know your resume, and be confident."

"The pay was ok for a financial institution position, but still lower than position in comparable organizations. There was little to no training or chance for advancement from within, you had to leave the organization and come back in to advance."

"No work life balance. Was working 12 hours a day for more than 7 months of the year every year."
