"I have worked for Forest for over 5 years, it was a wonderful place to work until the Actavis takeover was announced, since then the company has been in chaos, and commitments that have been made in writing to employees have repeatedly been contradicted by Actavis and/or amended or reversed repeatedly so no commitments can be trusted."

"I like that my company rewards hard work more than most of the other Phamaceutical companies around. Most pharmaceutical representatives get the reputation of being lazy. My company does not allow this on any level."

"I feel like I've maxed out my earning potential. Over the past few years our company has started a bonus structure that is very difficult to understand and calculate. My company started paying higher base salaries with smaller bonus potential. I feel that my work ethic and performance merits both."

"To cut the dead weight. We have alot of reps. who don't pull their weight but for some reason stick around."
