"I have worked for Forest for over 5 years, it was a wonderful place to work until the Actavis takeover was announced, since then the company has been in chaos, and commitments that have been made in writing to employees have repeatedly been contradicted by Actavis and/or amended or reversed repeatedly so no commitments can be trusted."

"It's a good, old boys network. As long as you aren't real good or real bad at what you are doing, you are left alone, potentially even accepted but if you try to do a better than average job, the air disappears from around you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You need a real shake up.Eliminate the bad apples."
