What do you like about working at First American Title?

"I enjoyed working with the public selling banking products & services. I also enjoyed the social aspects of the job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Only go into retail banking if you sincerely like working with the public in various capacities."

What don't you like about working at First American Title?

"There was very little I disliked about the banking profession. As a manager, I did particularly enjoy dealing with difficult employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think todays big banks need to step back anbd reassess the way they are doing business in retail consumer banking. To a certain extent, they need to reexamine decentralization ."
