"It is a great company to work for. Just be yourself during the interview."

What don't you like about working at First American Title?

"The funding for the project I was working on ran out and therefore the contract ended. In the end of 2007 and early 2008 was the beginning of the recent recession."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I do not have any suggestions at this time. I do not think any company could of prepare for the recession that hit our country."

"Great atmosphere, management seemed to care about their employees, which I feel increased productivity. At least while the industry was doing well."

What don't you like about working at First American Title?

"I felt they were letting go of the wrong people while the real estate industry was having a hard time. We lost some really good talent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I felt that at times that management wanted to hear what the helpdesk had to say, but they weren't really listening. I would suggest they do a better job in that area, especially when they always wanted the departments opinions/suggestions, and sometimes demanded it."
