"Some of the managers were from the old school of a woman should not be working, especially in a male doninated field, however it was only a few and once they met me and worked with me they were less offended of my position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since I was the first woman assistant manager I broke many false opinions of woman in a male dominated field, the overall management just needed to do more trainings on the sensitivity of acceptance of all employees."
