"It was most of the time a 7 day a week 12 hour day so burn out was a factor. This may have been due to the availability of local resources to recruit additional relief."

"Its been to long since my experience there so they may have made some changes at this point."

"You need to be headstrong and be able to deal with difficult customers at time over issues with their vehicles. You can learn the computer system in abour 2 months, as it is extensive."

"The communcation is not very good there, as well as the upper managements way of handling internal employee problems. They tend to ignore it."
