"If you are interested in a fast paced sales oriented work environment then this company would be a good match for aspiring managers."

"It was most of the time a 7 day a week 12 hour day so burn out was a factor. This may have been due to the availability of local resources to recruit additional relief."

"Its been to long since my experience there so they may have made some changes at this point."

"I enjoyed working with the employees and seeing satisfied customers leaving. Customer loyalty is important."

"No employee support structure in place. Customer is right regardless of the scenario. No discussion."

"Be more supportive. Hear both sides of concern. Train and coach proper handling difficult customers."

"I like the people I work with, and the pay is good for the hours I work. I like learning about cars because I find it benificial to know information on my own personal car."

"You need to be headstrong and be able to deal with difficult customers at time over issues with their vehicles. You can learn the computer system in abour 2 months, as it is extensive."

"The communcation is not very good there, as well as the upper managements way of handling internal employee problems. They tend to ignore it."

"They should listen to their employees more because we are the people that deal with the customers daily and hear their reviews of the company."

"I hated the work environment (very dirty, very unsafe). The Management was poor at best, and nothing is based on the individual work."
