"I like the people I work with, and the pay is good for the hours I work. I like learning about cars because I find it benificial to know information on my own personal car."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You need to be headstrong and be able to deal with difficult customers at time over issues with their vehicles. You can learn the computer system in abour 2 months, as it is extensive."

What don't you like about working at Firestone?

"The communcation is not very good there, as well as the upper managements way of handling internal employee problems. They tend to ignore it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should listen to their employees more because we are the people that deal with the customers daily and hear their reviews of the company."
