Ok hours but that is the life of a banker or anyone in a financial market, you have to have a late night or two here and there, it's just the type of market you cater too!!! Several locations, good communication and education as well for employees."

"Yes, you need to be confident and aggressive... this is not a position to hold back on an interview. If that's not you, go home."
