"Professional environment but still friendly and personable, not cold. Many advancement opportunities. Great benefits. Ok hours but that is the life of a banker or anyone in a financial market, you have to have a late night or two here and there, it's just the type of market you cater too!!! Several locations, good communication and education as well for employees."

"When interviewing with any company you should be honest and open. I applied for a HR Assistant and my first day was moved to the Legal department."

"I did not like having to take a week off at a time. It was a federal regulation so not likely to change."

"I would have taken on more work. There was not enough work to go around in the Florence office."

"My only complaint about the company is their HR department."

"My main suggestion is for the HR rep, they are really bad about responding to emails or calls. The customer service should start from HR, because they are the front line of the business."
