As of this time (late 2014) the company is undergoing significant internal turmoil on the IT side as it's trying to transition to a SOA model and has resulted in a moderately toxic atmosphere. Advancement is fine up to a point but caps out fairly early compared to more tech oriented companies, whereupon you're pressured to either move to the finance side or go into management. I would recommend this company more to people firmly entrenched in Finance IT or to young developers looking for a first job."
