"I did not enjoy the 'robotic' time was kept. Fidelity planned everything for you (breaks, lunch, etc)."

"Suggestions for the management at Fidelity would be for Managers to have more appreciation and understanding of the demands and accuracy needed for the position, and worry less about following preplanned time allocation."

"Listen and learn from your employees. You have wonderful resources there. Don't give in to the temptation of quick fixes. Foster organic growth from within."
