"Although it is a financial services company, technology is it's backbone. Huge learning opportunity for young stars. Challenging assignments for experienced people as security and scale are always key for the firm. Great benefit and extremely smart people to work with."

What do you like about working at Fidelity Investments?

"Great people in my department. Good resources from a wealth company, but getting less so."

What don't you like about working at Fidelity Investments?

"Too many structure/billing changes from above that made silos of the different areas - so you couldn't help others in the dept. when they were pressed/help was needed and you had time, as you lacked the billable codes. This resulted in decreased productivity even as we were being pressed to be more and more billable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would keep a steadier course - not keep changing the goalposts."
