"I worked at Fidelity for 17 years, and it is finally starting to move into the 21st century, as far as benefits and work/life balance. However, there was little to no opportunity to advance and my supervisor was sub-par, at best."
"I have worked at Fidelity Investments for 8 years and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management is horrible and provides little leadership, there is no direction, guidance or career growth. Any concerns that are brought up are met with the response don't rock the boat. A lot of unhappy people."

"I would recommend certain business units within Fidelity Investments, but not all.The company provides excellent training of its employees, however the politics involved in most groups were horrible. Additionally, the desktop technology which the Financial Reps used to aid clients is years behind the times."
