"Storage Capacity Planning At FedEx needs a lot of TLC. Currently the situation is way too reactive. This division needs a leader that understands datacenters, IT, and is willing to commit the resources to implement automation and other efficiencies."

"I've started with FedEx Ground at 2011 and worked for two and a half years. The company focuses on their customers really well and keeps their workers in good condition. Teamwork, determination, leadership and responsibility is what I've learned from this company since they execute it really well. The warehouse in my location employs about 100 people and they have many locations throughout the United States."

"I have worked for this company for many years. It is steadily declining... trying to capitalize on whatever it can because the print business is declining. Team members are required to sell the product of the month (set by corporate-sometimes it is $24.95) to 5 percent of their transactions and to ask each customer to take the feedback survey and beg them to give us all 5's. If we get less than 5 we get a zero and the center manager is held responsible."

"Started off at FedEx as a summer job working as a Package Handler to earn extra money throughout the summer. The job was difficult but time goes by pretty quick, everyone was a team player, management staff was nice and knowledgeable. Overall great experience."

"I worked for FedEx Ground for several years. I enjoyed the position, but often had to drive trucks that weren't the safest. If there are any problems FedEx goes with the guilty till proven innocent theory. And often was held back from leaving for delivery on time because of late trucks, and was still expected to complete everything on time with repercussions if you were unable to do this."
