"Compensation. Once you reach ED level your salary levels off and you don't get raises on a regular bases. More like every 3 years."

"Pay more attention to hiring the right people for the right job. Focus on paying more attention to the high level issues. Put a better financial system in place."

"I do run the day-to-day and report to a board of directors, so my responses related to the Board Chair. But I am the boss on the street. And I like that a lot!"
