"I was not crazy about the mortgage servicing industry. There is a lot of detailed paperwork involved."

"I did not enjoy the schizophrenic nature of the Board given its inability to overcome differences and achieve consensus."

"The company mission, vision, purpose were excellent banners. Perhaps most notable about the company, were the combined elements of diversity, personnel, resources, products and services, The diversity made the work experience exciting."

"Truly, I had no real problems, issues, worries or complaints; having direct access to the management and they to us, made communication and expectations, realistic."

"As a member of the Executive Board and Management team, I helped formulate most of the policies, etc. I think our strengths were 1) listening and 2) communicating . . .well!"
