"Retaliation is abundant. Compliance department is corrupt! This is the most corrupt employer I've had the unfortunate chance to work for."

"Don't. Run, far away! If I could re-do it. I would be somewhere reputable."

What don't you like about working at LHC Group?

"The compliance and senior management department are corrupt. They rule by fear, retaliation, and humiliation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Investigate the compliance department. Oust senior management. Cure the corruption and fraud!"

What do you like about working at Anchorage Downtown Partnership?

"Directly impacting the community and making positive changes. I like seeing the smiles on people's faces during our events, or the thank you from business owners who appreciate the work of our Maintenance / Security Ambassadors. I like working with the public and policymakers in addressing the issues our community faces."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There is a reason why many of the employees have been here for 4-5-6-7 years: the camaraderie of this team and the shared vision for downtown. Understand the vision and fit in with the team, and this is a golden job."

What don't you like about working at Anchorage Downtown Partnership?

"Often, we feel like we could accomplish much more if we had the resources: additional people, additional tools, additional finances, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be afraid to trust in your team, let us fall down from time to time and learn how to avoid those mistakes again in the future. Don't take on so much work by yourself, we're all part of the same team here and can all pitch in."
