"Culture, executive committee, respect, goals, follow through, office space, everyone had lunch together. Never a frown or sad day until 9/11/01"

"Enjoy every minute of your interview. Their bar was set so high that you will find it difficult for other companies to meet it."
What don't you like about working at Moeller Electric?
"I could not find a bad word to say about Moeller if forced to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would wish other companies across the USA and Internationally treated their employees like Nick Dudas did."
What do you like about working at Prospect Mortgage?
"They treated you as an adult, they're not over you all the time because they know how I work and the responsabilities I have. They take into consideration what I do for them and they always appreciate and tell me the way I did my job. The supervisors are very communicative and always listen to you when you have either a good idea or a problem. I think they're very human and considerate."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"To think positive and to be aware that they won't give you time for you to get another job when they give you the notice that you've been laid off."
What don't you like about working at Prospect Mortgage?
"I like the people, the environment, and the way the work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"when they laid off people they should give them more time. They told me the same day and they did the same thing to others in my department. Since they are asking for a week of knowledge they should do the same when they're going to laid off people. everything else is good about that company."
