What do you like about working at Manhattan Psychiatric Center?
"I like the fact that I get to interact with everybody on different levels."

"The only tip that I have for anyone else interviewing is that they make sure this is absolutely where they want to be."
What don't you like about working at Manhattan Psychiatric Center?
"In the beginning I was a little uncomfortable with the psychiatric patients being able to walk around but it isn't so bad."

"As far as management goes I would say that the communication should be better."

"I enjoy knowing that I have changed a youth's life, one at a time."

"Make sure you can pass a drug test, a Department of Juvenile Justice background screening, and that you have a clean driving record."
What don't you like about working at G4S?
"I currently don't like the fact that I am not making enough money."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should restart pay raises again and include cost of living increase."

"The people. My co-workers were hard working wonderful people that managed to always smile and laugh despite being very under-appreciated."

"Be confident, happy and present yourself as a professional. If you beleive in yourself then others will too."

"Off-site management were rude and discriminatory. On-site management were self indulgent and not tending to the best needs of the company."

"Since my departure the management has changed so I would hope that there were lessons learned."

"Amazing company, that treated their employees like family. Well respected in all aspects of the job."

"Know that they will be the IT and facilities person on site."
What don't you like about working at Applied Materials?
"Making the transition to a smaller office from the corporate office was a challenge. Having no on site IT department or facilities department meant that we had to do it ourselves."

"Keeping the employees informed of what the corporate office is doing is so important."

What do you like about working at Intellimed?
"The people that worked there were like a family. Each willing to help the other."

"My tip would be to spend some time with the employees to find out what they think of the company. Most are willing to share their experiences and offer thoughts on the company."
What don't you like about working at Intellimed?
"No ability to grow within the company. In the operations role I was in, they offered no opportunities to promote."

"My suggestion for management would be that they look at retaining the employees they have. The turnover rate was high at this company."

"The position is not a permanent placement; is it a contract assignment expected to end very soon."

"They were a strong company and I learned a lot about the phone systems."

"This company is good to work for. Only reason I left this company is because they sold the shipping dept to Celestica so I had to retire because I had enough service."
What don't you like about working at Avaya?
"The one this I disliked about the company was that they would have downsizing and the people that had to be laid off."

"Make sure that they know what they are doing. Some management, I would have to train them on their position."
What do you like about working at Avaya?
"I started with Western Electric which in turn went to AT&T, Lucent, and finally became Avaya Technologies. I really enjoyed working for them but Avaya sold the shipping department to Celestica Corp."

"They need to have an open mind and be committed to the company."
What don't you like about working at Avaya?
"The only thing I did not like working for this company was that they had several layoffs and having to deal with these."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management was pretty good at Avaya, and most of them were good enough to train the new personnel. Some management I would have to train in some of their processes."

"It was a fair company to work for I had 6 years with the company and would of continued to work for them if they would not of closed the business."

"This company is a great company to work for I did not find anything wrong working for this company."

"The management of this company was overall good. They were knowlegeable about the position in the company."

"The staff works together to provide members with a positive vacationing experience."

"This is an office where you need to work well as a team player and independently. Also, let them know that you learn assignments quickly and like a good challenge."

"The company opens a lot of satellite sites but doesn't expand its corporate office so corporate staff is overwhelmed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide employees with newer equipment so their jobs can be done more efficiently to lighten the workload."

"They have flexible hours, I have a great boss, They offer execellent benefits, and they offer online training programs"

"Ask them if they would like working at a day care, because it is like working with children at NIIT Technologies."
What don't you like about working at NIIT Technologies?
"There is a culture clash. Many of the people within are stubborn, act like children, point fingers and blame, and there is no accountability. Business ethics are weak. Employees are also pushy, willing to make a big deal out of a small incident, poor english, and are very racist."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management structure is weak, it needs to be strengthened. Also, many employees feel afraid to speak out, that needs to change. Budgeting is weak as well."

"I like the variety of work that was given to me as well as the challenging work that I got to do."

"Be eager and enthusiastic. Don't be afraid to ask questions and be sure to communicate."

"The lack of communication and when given deadlines the lack of feed back when work was done on time and whether it was done properly or not."

"Be more specific with your expectations and guidelines to get work done."
