"Most depts are flexible, IT is not, and somewhere near 50% of the IT services staff are not full time, but are contractors."

"Commute time, management's lack of vision and knowledge of current staff."

"Before letting people go or hiring contractors, why not look at your current staff? What ever happened to flexibility?"

"Ask people how it is, do not rely on company promises. Each department is different."

"There were more men than women, basically I would recommend hiring more women to make the culture more balanced."

"No real negative thoughts, just outgrew the position and wanted more from a job."
