"I worked for a lot of different Wireless Companies and they were all great. Working for Ericsson, well its a different story. The company is great and has excellent benefits, but the Management is very bad. I am not sure where they found their Management people."
"Great environment to be a part of. Multiple opportunities to develop technically."
"I am satisfied with the work and the collages but want to move on to different challenges."
"I have worked for Ericsson for over 3 years. While it is overall a great company to work for, I feel like they do not value all of the employees the same. Even though the company is profitable, they still insist on everyone trying to make a sale, even if you are not in the sales roles. Compensation is fair, but could be better for the roles they intend for you to take on. Leadership is decent provided you have the right manager and mine is awesome. There are lots of required meetings for Ericsson to keep you up to date on what they are doing, but often times there is nothing useful for your particular role if you are not in a sales role. Overall it is a great company and the benefits simply cannot be beat."
"I have been doing contract work on the Clearwire Network for 3 and half years and it doesn't look like I am going to establish a permanent position. I love my work but I need to find something more permanent for me and my family."
"I've worked for Ericsson since 2012, I improved myself with a lot of courses for soft and technical skills. It's is a nice place to work."
"Good company to work with."
"I know the Canadian offices and the US offices and it is very, very good."
"As an intern, Ericsson has provided me with excellent learning opportunities in accordance to my career interest and academic background."
"The company has a great philosophy and a very good online learning program, but the line managers in Latin America do not respect the internal rules. I am really disappointed about the behaviour and the lack of education in all levels of the higher management. There is no possibility to grow."
"I have been with Ericsson since 2009 after they purchased a management contract from my previous employer. My total tenure is over 13 years of telecom experience."
