"Very little, market instability more than anything."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More aggressive brand marketing in vertical market segments. Very large brand marketing in a horizontal effort but very little in growth segments."

"Ericsson is a global company with very advanced sales and marketing tactics and strategies. Brand marketing was always key with product and solution marketing designed to fall in with the brand - it was very structured system and it was good to work within a strong, recognized brand."

"Hard work and creativity are prized, demonstrate those and you will be heard."

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"Ericsson is managed almost exclusively by Swedes and it is difficult to make headway against that type of organization. Marconi was always cash strapped and budgets were always very tight making it difficult to market anything effectively."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Diversify your senior management staff."
