"I started with this company in 2020. I learned a ton and have been exposed to many sectors of this industry. However - the pay for my position is well below average and the work-life balance is bad. If you work here you can expect to work 10 hour days frequently. No WFH options (even in peak COVID). In an entry-level position, you will also be required to work weekends. They say they promote internally, which is (sort of) true, but there is a lot of favoritism and politics - if you don’t play their game, you likely won’t get promoted. It’s a great place to learn for a few years but for me, not a long-term stay."
"Good company poor management"
"It is a very big company with a good management and good paying salary in seattle and some other states as well"
"I've been a Realtor with Equity Real Estate for 6 years now. It is a great brokerage with amazing brokers, training, and technical support. You truly are your own boss, and with flat fee transactions, you can keep more of your commissions!"
"I worked for this company for 5+ years, I enjoyed my time and all of the relationships I made along the way. My husband was recently relocated for work or I would still be there!"
"Great place to work! It feels like family"
"I has been a great company to work for."
"Management has a very poor understanding of technology and is unwilling to spend the resources necessary to meet the technology needs. Doesn't spend the time to understand and properly utilize internal resources in developing and managing technology."
"Pros: EQR is a good company with competitive pay and benefits. They provide good training and good access to tools needed to perform well. Cons: Micro managed by management and by the company via micro metrics called DRIVE reports. Not flexible with schedules. Money making company that will disregard clients or employees well being if money is involved."
