"Understand what you are selling. Do not be a box pusher but a solutions provider. Experience within the IT industry helps immensely with attaining new customers"

"Sometimes I feel that the company focus is more towards sales rather than customer service"

"A better CRM and Customer Portal that is comparable to our competition"

"The location is nice and the people were terrific. I was given the freedom to identify issues/goals, courses of action and measure specific results."

"Feel comfortable with commitment and company direction. Ask probing questions from immediate supervisors and feel comfortable with their answers. People are friendly and caring."
What don't you like about working at Wizard International?
"Their long term strategic direction is suspect and not well planned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand the implications of strategic decisions and commit to them for the long term - too many projects/programs started and abruptly ended causing customer and employee issues."
