Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Count your fingers after you shake hands. Pay's good if you produce; don't believe much of what they tell you about being a team member, career path, etc. You're an enlisted man/woman and are treated strictly at arm's length."
What don't you like about working at American Power Conversion ?
"Most everything ... late to market on new products. A lot of former Navy; you are treated like enlisted men, not equals or collaborators."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Drop dead (I was laid-off after 5 year over-quota performance and strong annual revenues ... then again, I was an enlisted man.)"

"They seemed to have gotten so big that their salespeople are just an ID number"
What do you like about working at CDW Corp.?
"Gave me experience to take to a different company that was more willing to compensate and reward their employees for their efforts."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a great company to get good industry experience since they deal with just about every brand name and IT piece of equipment and software, however; when you get comfortable start searching for a company that will pay you what you are worth."
What don't you like about working at CDW Corp.?
"The compensation was very low for the industry average. You were treated as a number and not an employee. Promotional opportunities were slim to none."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat the employees as human beings and not a number. Realize they have personal lives outside of the company and that leaving at 7 and 8pm after getting in the door at 7 or 8 in the morning is acceptable and should not be frowned upon as an employee that is not dedicated."

"People."

"Processes."

"Focus on the customer's needs."

"Working with Enterprise customers, solving their problems."
What do you like about working at Mercury Interactive?
"Extreme Networks was a very diverse, challenging and fun company that unfortunately has fallen on hard times."
What don't you like about working at Mercury Interactive?
"While I was there, Extreme suffered from product quality and technical support issues. This negatively impacted customer satisfaction and allowed competitors the opportunity to displace Extreme."
What do you like about working at EMC?
"Excellent product suite and some of the best engineers on the industry"

"Take advantage of your time with the company because you are expendable."

"No job security."

"The company needs to provide more training"

"Not much anymore. It used to be a good place to work before management ruined the model."

"Micro-management and mistreatment of employees, not to mention little room for career advancement."

"Need to invest in upgrading their internal applications vital to business success by streamlining tedious business processes. They also need to develop and enhance new hire training program."

"Make sure you've explored a lot of other options before you sign on the dotted line. It is an adequate place to work, but not a nice place to work. You will NOT get any pats on the back for a job well done."

"Backward military management style -- top down no feedback if you know what's good for you (a lot of former nuclear navy)."
