"Engineering director is very difficult to work with, demanding, and impatient. No support from other departments on projects. Some people really abuse thier authority. People have been railroaded out of there."

"Senior Management is unaware of what is happening on the shop floor or with personnel. Engineering Director is too hard to work with."

"Management can't be trusted, they cry about money but top execs drive around in high end european cars. Insane hours required to the point where legality is questionable."

What don't you like about working at TECT?
"The document alleges TECT failed to comply with destructive inspection requirements, and even violated Hawker Beechcrafts specifications by among other things, bashing with a sledgehammer fracture critical parts that were installed on airplanes that would be sold to the United States. Hammers and pry bars were used to force the part to fit the check fixture supplied by Hawker Beechcraft. This process, known as hot forming has been banned by Hawker Beechcraft because it causes bumps and dings in the metal"

"Nothing !!!! This is a very bad CO.If they think your unhappy they will fire you .Dont like you -firedGive them 2 weeks that your quiting -your fired on the spot."
