"Overall a decent company for a first job. They will pay terribly compared with other jobs in the area but give a good amount of experience and new projects. The work you will do on the day to day will always be different and interesting, but you will often be overloaded with too many projects and too little time to do them unless you strongly advocate for yourself. Also, head management picks favorites, and if you aren't in the cool club, you're screwed. I wouldn't recommend if you can get a different role elsewhere."

"Exotic Metals is now part of Parker Hannifin Aerospace but still retains much of its family run personality. Given a lot of autonomy and tools to succeed, in addition my co-workers were some of the brightest and hard working that I ever worked with. Compensation and benefits were good, one downfall is that there were was little upward opportunities if you were in a management capacity but for production workers there was ample training and opportunities."

While the company has skilled workers and some impressive history, the stagnant nature of the family environment has stifled any improvements that could have happened. Eventually EMFCO will be either be bought out or capsize as its only competitive technological advantage is either discovered or made obsolete by their competition."

"you cant advance and the company wants you to be accountable they preach it all the time yet they are very inconsistant"

"fix the hostile work environment there is employees there that go as far as calling you names and intimidating you yet they wont do nothing"
