"Overall a decent company for a first job. They will pay terribly compared with other jobs in the area but give a good amount of experience and new projects. The work you will do on the day to day will always be different and interesting, but you will often be overloaded with too many projects and too little time to do them unless you strongly advocate for yourself. Also, head management picks favorites, and if you aren't in the cool club, you're screwed. I wouldn't recommend if you can get a different role elsewhere."

"EMFCO is a company that is riding a twenty year wave of success. Unfortunately the leadership has become so inbred that no new ideas have penetrated in many years. While the company has skilled workers and some impressive history, the stagnant nature of the family environment has stifled any improvements that could have happened. Eventually EMFCO will be either be bought out or capsize as its only competitive technological advantage is either discovered or made obsolete by their competition."
