"Read up on what they do. Find out what the true job expectations are and why they are hiring for the position....new job, someone left, how many people have been in that position in the last three years."
What don't you like about working at Dun & Bradstreet?
"The fact they outsourced so many things and did not maintain good quality control. The fact that they keep certain managers that manage in a negative way and have bad reputations at the expense of excellent staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Really look at your 360 degree reviews of anyone who manages and if there is a three year trend of issues move that person into a non managment role....leopards do not change their spots."
