"Company filed for bankruptcy but up until the last month of going out of business they were still stating that the company will be going public and we should invest as much as possible before this happens."

"If you are interviewing for an Agent or Advisor position, just know that (like a everyone in the industry) that the position is really that of a business owner - it is all commission, and if you are looking for a sales position, and NOT to run a business, this will NOT be a good place for you."

What don't you like about working at Mutual of Omaha?

"The support received was poor. I did not (in my opinion) receive the support and tools that were required to make me as effecient and profitable as I would have liked to have been."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that a standardized system is put into place regarding support, expenses, etc. for a territory, and if that territory is generating higher revenue than others, give that terrirtory more support than others."

"Study up on Dyson before an interview. Know the James Dyson story and have some knowledge about all Dyson products not just the vacuum."

What don't you like about working at Dyson?

"Field positions have zero work life balance and the lack of concern from field management and corporate is very frustrating. Early years that wasnt an issue since 2009 and beyond that has become a trend with Dyson. Secondly is the HR department, company has grown so fast and some positions have outgrown the employees. There is a lack of responses for time sensitive issues or taking weeks to get answers to issues that need quick responses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus more on the people, thats Dysons biggest asset. Check the pulse more often; knowing what your employees think and feel can be valuable in making sure that your vision is supported by their actions"

"To many leadership changes. Very little consistency in the direction of the company."

"Commission/bonus structure is not structured very well. Company is short on employees for support. This leads to long lead times and waiting for answers."

What do you like about working at Lehigh Safety Shoes?

"I was my own boss. I worked from home 1-2 days per week. I traveled 3-4 days per week. It was mandatory for me to make 12-15 face to face appointments each week. I had to provide all of my leads and existing customer appointments. In other words, I needed very little supervision which I enjoyed."

"no, not really. I wish any and everyone the very best when applyng with this company."

What don't you like about working at Lehigh Safety Shoes?

"I really did not have any dislikes about the company. They provided me with a great opportunity and a good income for a number of years which I greatly appreciated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"none really, the laid off bunch of sales people in the last few years. They decide to put their interests into web ordering. I wish them the best."
