"Plan to answer your questions open and honestly; and make sure you ask a lot of questions about the actual position to which you are applying."

"Once expectations were met, they kept rasing the bar higher and higher..we never felt good enough for them..."

"Paid more attention to the actual representatives..they were the ones selling the products making the company money!"

"Be prepared for fast paced environment; love what you are doing."

"No office locations we worked from our homes; managers shipments stayed in our personal garages and/or storage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At Avon because our districts were so large (mine was largest in my division) upper managment was not always available for situations that needed immediate attention."

"I was a District Manager and the Avon Representatives were hard workers and they were wonderful."

"Every year after meeting your goals you were required to increase and they would increase goals by 20% to 30% over what you achieved the prior year and would force us to force the reps to take instant deliveries they did not want."
