"Working on the phones 8 hrs a day, non stop phone calls where you can't breathe in between."

"I like working for Discover, because people at Discover are friendly, generous, and good ethical enviroment. There are plenty of management positions opportunity as well."

"Just be yourself and be a people friendly individual. Need to understand the company for a better chance."

"There aren't too many IT positions available at the West Valley center, and most IT positions are located in Riverwoods, IL, and I have no desire to move there."

"The management system here at Discover is almost flawless and I have no problem with it."

"The only thing I dislike is the commute, I live a lot farther away where I can afford it."

"The only suggestion I have for management is raise the pay a little more from the bottom up and you will gain some of that innovation back."
