"I liked working with other kids my age. It was a comfortable, air conditioned environment."

"It's a great place to work while you're in high school or college and you seek comfort."

What don't you like about working at Discover Financial?

"Our incentives were cut month after month so you would have to produce more every month to make the same amount. The promotion system is dysfunctional (i.e. I was in outbound sales and my manager has never made a sales call in his life). There was also little room for advancement, growth, and an increased salary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Offer more responsibility in exchange for increased compensation."
