"Department works in a silo. High turnover of personnel has resulted in poor morale."

"The large size of DirecTV creates some bureaucracy and slows done project implementation efforts."

"Shorten the review and approval time for new projects, have a leaner and more responsive IT department."

"Do not work for them unless you're desperate just to get a job for a while, but don't stay there. It's such a disgusting work environment that your good work and effort won't get you anything but frustration!"

What don't you like about working at DirecTV?

"Dirty management, mistreating and exploiting employees. The pay is based on who you know and your connections and yes even race! And that they have outsourced about 200 jobs to Vietnam and Ukraine so the chances are you'll be terribly underpaid there!"

"To better treat their people, put away their arrogance and respect their employees' dignity."
