"The company has closed all operations in the US and Europe. There is a slight chance that they may continue vehicle assembly operations but the probability is slim."

"Azure Dynamics was a start up company so there was an ongoing pursuit of funding investments."

"I believe that the executive leadership team did an excellent job in communicating and pushing the company forward in this new market."

"The organization leadership was drive by a single minded individual. This individual was old-school and did not adhere or want to utilze better industry practices. If the individual did not think of a method of action, then the action was dismissed. Too much time was spend trying to cut corners without concern for the staffs abilities or sincere interest in the organizaiton."

"Utilize the talents of the employees, rather than run things only my way. Utilze industry best practices to develop a stronger organization."

"I enjoy working with the people there. I, also, like the variety of work that I do."

"Not many. Given the CEO is an absentee owner, you'll have a set of challenges you won't necessarily experience in other companies."

"The CEO lives out of the country. Her mgmt style is inconsistent. There isn't enough growth potential."

"The thing I like most is the people I work with, I have developed many young and diverse employees and seen them grow through the years, both inside and outside of the company. I have been an important part of family owned company growing from $1.5 million per year to $15 million per year."
