"When interviewing for this company, remember that there is a time and place for everything. Though it is a fun place to work, it is important to know when it is time to work and help co-workers and when it is time to chat with patients to make them feel how special they are."

What don't you like about working at NeuroStudies?

"No additional upward mobility/ growth opportunities, I thoroughly enjoy this office but wish to pursue additional growth."

"It's a good company, supportive with certifications and training. Working with Sr. Mgmt could be challenging but as long as you have plenty of patience you will be fine."

"Internal initiatives are constantly evolving.. seems like a constantly moving target. Difficult to get things done with priorities changing rapidly."

"I have no suggestions for management, the organization is responsible to the government and thus management serves and operates at the discretion of the government."

"I enjoyed that they were a top company. If you were in sales, you did well. Other than that, you are just a number to the corporate headquarters."

"They only praise people in sales. I was there for four years and did not even have one performance review or raise."

What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?

"The company's internal systems don't work well together. There are too many people, and the processes are constantly broke. They have really poor management and metrics that don't work. I reported to a manager in California, but supported a director in WA. They both hated each other and I was stuck in the middle. Neither of them were good people managers. They don't train lower manager levels very well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should not put people into management positions just because they are good at their jobs. That doesn't mean they can manage people."
