"There is quite a bit of faith in anyone VP and above and even during massive layoffs, the executive staff was not reduced, but actually increased."

"No opportunity for additional advancement. Telmar was acquired by a large multi-national company and management became fragmented."

"There appears to be no long term planning (5 year) and short term should be longer than end of month."
