"I really liked most everything until the past couple years. They are going through in-depth organization restructuring that has caused numerous job changes and has severely impacted the overall culture and morale."

"Do not lose focus on the committed people who helped you become successful. Some change is important, but go back to asking your teams' opinions on the changes."

"Great co-workers but best suited for an employee early into their career; grindstone expectations for minimal pay with perks limited to 'company gatherings'. This is a company that drives productivity through burn-out without apologies. A use and abuse culture."

"The new ownership messed around with things to the point that alot of the descions were being made from accross the pond and we had little or no say in its application to our situation."

"Question constantly, make sure that the needs of the operation are being met. Mostly I would stress your committment to great customer service."

"The lack of timely communication from Corporate (up in Illinois) and the operation (in Cincinnati)."

"Be more receptive to employee needs and how they are being treated. We had an extremely high turnover rate up in Corporate."

"I have the ability to change culture and provide tools and metrics to a group of leaders who've never had those types of things before."

"We are not growing, and in fact have lost some accounts. My room for growth is going the opposite was of what I envisioned."
