"There wasn't much, the Operation is akin to a high school clique, and the group as a whole is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL."

"Go see the office before you take the job. They will interview off-site, using Marchon facilities to impress you, but their office is an absolute, shameful, dump."

"I'm not at all positive about this place and think I would have been better ff had I never heard of them. If you need a job, work here BUT KEEP LOOKING!!!"

"Be honest and make up your mind, do you collaborate with Marchon or are you their competitor Can't have it both ways and yet they show complete contempt for the parent company unless it suits them to utilize their policies."

"the COO is arrogant and has no understanding of operations. Her recent promotion is mind boggling as she doesn't care at all for residents. The company culture is one of fear. They charge a lot and don't provide the level of care residents need and require."

"listen to the people that know operations. You can provide excellent care and make a healthy margin at the same time. The COO is awful. Why would a smart CEO put someone like McDuffie in charge"
