"Since the company is in the final stages of closing due to the merger ... no."

What don't you like about working at B&M Pallet?

"The recent merger was not handled as well as I would have wanted. We maintained approximately 85% of the workforce before the merger was complete, but we also lost a lot of seasoned and experienced employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to the new management team that they maintain the culture established by B&M and that the family aspect that we implemented be maintained."

"This was my first position as a sole HR person without corporate backing. I learned a tremendous amount of how to run HR. I developed benefits, policies and procedures, received tremendous experience in the areas of unemployement, employment law, payroll, performance management and much more."
