What do you like about working at SquareTwo Financial?
"This was my first position as a sole HR person without corporate backing. I learned a tremendous amount of how to run HR. I developed benefits, policies and procedures, received tremendous experience in the areas of unemployement, employment law, payroll, performance management and much more."

"Always be yourself. You will never happy if you try to conform to what you believe they are looking for,"

"Upper level management refused to deal with serious issues that had could have had legal consequences."

"Always practice strong employee relations and remember to follow the law.Please note that the dates of this employment are not accurate as I worked her prior to the years provided."
