"Do not move to the music industry, not only EMI but the other major music companies are and will be having poor performance in the years to come."

"Piracy is hitting the music industry very hard. New generation has the perception music is for free. Downtrend sales of 25% to 30% on a year basis."

"Management has to stop the practice of blame others for poor company performance. Management has to promote people taking their merit and background and not becausee friendship."
