What do you like about working at Cooper Standard Automotive?
"It was a growing and profitable company and I was responsible for virtually all non-manufacturing operations as well as two tool shops."
What do you like about working at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust?
"Everything. Processes and organization are very important to me, WRIT was very concerned with the same."
What do you like about working at Universal Security Systems?
"I love what I do for a living much more than I dislike the senior management"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be very careful. The firm has an ongoing furlough program which essentially cuts pay by 10%. No bonus for anyone in past 3 years and no raises. Rarely pays payroll on time."
What don't you like about working at Universal Security Systems?
"Erratic pay, delayed by as much as six weeks, normal is to pay one or two weeks late. Exec mgmt consistantly breaks their word and has cheated most commission employees on payments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try being honest and keep your word with pay and commissions, and stop cheating and losing clients."

"Instability due to profitability, occasional lack of consistent direction, inability to stick to a long term plan"

"Product did not work, company could not execute. Incompetent senior management lied to each other."

"They are not broadcasters and are trying to run the station with radio shack equipment"

"Change all managers at the top levels"
