"As the company getting bigger, the mentality shifted from get the work done to avoid mistake. People become more defensive. It becomes less and less scrum. In other words, less fun to work."

"This company is all about the fit. Make sure you don't lie about any of your credentials / knowledge and just be yourself."

"Board seems intent on cutting costs and maintaining current technology for an extended period rather than re-investing in any type of IT growth despite measurable IT gains and productivity towards the bottom line."

"Implement an incremental growth plan based on a percentage of measurable IT deliverables and their impact on revenue and/or costs. Right now, the IT / Engineering groups don't believe they have any potential career growth with the company. If the people leave, the company will pay a much larger price due to a relatively high-level of specialization required to support the business."
