"DSPCon is a small company with very diffucult work environment and very low possibility for growth."

"Be prepared to work 50 to 60 hours a week, otherwise you will be considered as not working hard enough."

"The management needs a plan for a long-term growth and stick to it. Unfortunately, the management is too impatient."

"Compuware exceeded it's tchnical competance when buying additional companies."
What do you like about working at Compuware?
"Initially just a great company. It was the best place I had ever worked until the home office in Detroit decided to change the Numega Division to meet it's IT mentality. Numga did system engineering tools for Windows, not IT environments."

"It is a great IT company. If you are in software engineering there may be a cultural impact."
What don't you like about working at Compuware?
"Smartest engineers I ever had the pleasure to work with...period!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get standard protocols and bias's out of the way and look at the revenue picture for survivability of a division. Saving pennies doesn't make a successful product. More importantly, saving pennies cost Compuware over one million dollars in income when the division was closed."

"Be extermely fluid, almost to a fault."

"Lack of direct leadership. Business strategy focused on distribution and logistics. Failure to pursue core compentancies / keep them under our roof."

"Clear, regular dissemination of business strategy. The need to establish tangible milestones. Keep value-added engineering / core compentancies within our direct control."
