"No support from upper management or local HR. Politics between sales and operations. Double standards and the good ol boys clicks."

"Hopefully in the past year most of the upper management has changed or you have restructured in a way that the mission can be realized through support in the field offices."

"Job security was an issue. Every few years the office would be up for bids with new contractors coming in all of the time. This led to constant change to medical/dental benefits, bonuses, and work environment."

"I liked my job responsibilities, the challenges that came with it, the customers, researching customer problems, and the satisfaction of resolving them, plus the communication with 14 drivers over the mobile dispatch system."

"I didn't like the changes that came with the different contract owners. I was laid off when the latest contract owner came in from Louisiana with his people."

"Have the office stick to one contract owner for at least 10 years at a time."

"If you like abuse, poor Union rules, then apply - otherwise go elsewhere. The job stress isn't worth what they pay."

"It was customer service, and the customers were brutal. Can't hang up on them so the abuse was bad. I had a job as a teen cleaning toilets that was better than this one."

"Terminate the UNION and treat people the right way without all the union rules."

"I liked nothing about working for EXEL. I loved DHL Solutions."

"Don't do it."

"EXEL had no idea of what they were doing... they came in firing people and eventually lost the Ericsson contract. From top to bottom... no knowledge of reverse logistics."

"Start anew."

"DHL was an employee friendly environment to work at. Everyone was important and ideas were listened to and rewarded if the idea was good for the company. Very good benefits and you could balance work and personal life."

"If you can get hired, you will be going through a reorganization."

"After buying Airborne Express, company became top heavy."
