"The compensation plan was changed where all employees in the channel were forced to take a lower salary in exchange for a fantasy commission structure that only a few got paid on each quarter. It is a joke!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop lying to your employees about your number. All of us know they are being manipulated. It is criminal and fraudulent and you will get caught sooner or later."
