What don't you like about working at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates?

"100% continuous travel, Poor management, questionable ethics, weak corporate culture. Biggest complaint is when a PM tells you that the numbers should look a certain way to justify what we call savings to the client."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You are a consulting firm, embrace technology and change within the company. Get away from the lies of the guaranteed savings to the client because we can manipulate the data how we want but if it is all based on questionable processes then it is in fact a bunch of lies."

"Company has no intentions to develop its personnel and there is virtually no opportunity to grow in company. Many of the policies are restrictive and archaic."

"Focus on internal development and use a 360 degree evaluation of upper management. There is limited accountability across departments vertically and horizontally."

"Ask questions. What is orientation period Can I see the employee hand book before I get to my first assignment Have Lap top computer and cell phone. WHEN GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO TALK TO AN ASSOCIATE ASK HIM THESE SURVEY QUESTIONS."

What don't you like about working at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates?

"Lack of continuity of operations and training between different Project Manager and Chiefs. Some Project Managers and Chiefs are interested in developing professional staff members while others feel they do not have the time and resources. Senior staff worried more about their job than the good of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company has a great program but they need to have a better way of coaching new associates on their team to its use. Further Senior Staff must be better prepared in their duties as mentors for new members."
